Until a class is filled, seating for six students or a "mix" of no more than three students and one parent or guardian each is available.
You will be notified by email and/or telephone that your registration or (cancellation) has been received!
For special needs and other considerations, before registering, please call as far in advance as possible.
To qualify for the Maine Concealed Carry Permit, you must take these two courses consecutively. Each is four hours long. They may, but need not be, taken on the same day. When combined, the content presented constitutes our "Concealed Carry Course" (see more about the course below).
Maine law stipulates that a qualifying permit course must have been taken within five years of applying to the State for the permit.
A concealed carry permit not your goal?
If you plan to carry concealed at some point (or carry open), to be better prepared to defend yourself before AND after a possible "event", you should take a concealed carry permit qualifying course!
However, if you choose to only take our "Basic Handgun Course", it is strongly recommended that, also, the earlier the better, take our "Advanced Handgun Course". Thereafter: practice, practice, practice!
Call, email or message ahead. Ask about our evening classes!
Basic Handgun Course: Presently Enrolling, both Day and Evening Classes!
Advanced Handgun Course: Presently Enrolling, both Day and Evening Classes!
